The suitcases are open and waiting to be filled! One of us is pretty well organized and the other has great intentions!!! There are no worries since we are driving to LA on Friday and have all day to get there.
Got a great rate at a place called the San Pedro Inn and Suites. In fact, the rate is so great that I suspect they might also rent rooms by the hour :0 !! Amazingly breakfast is included but I am guessing that they will have a very broad interpretation of the word "breakfast".
The Sapphire Princess is just coming out of a three week dry dock so we are hoping that they managed to finish all the work and we don't have to watch out for "wet paint".
I know they have added "Movies Under the Stars", an International Cafe' and Vines Wine Bar. All nice additions. All new carpeting and room furnishings makes for an especially nice experience. I'll let you know if we are enlisted to lay tile!!!
Lots of sea days so I'll either make up stuff to amuse you or bore you to tears.
